MADRE and the Centre for Human Rights will host a side event to share updates and key insights on the negotiations at the UN on the new draft treaty on crimes against humanity focusing on the crime of apartheid, enforcement and reparations. This panel will explore how international law can evolve to better recognize victims and strengthen accountability.
